Vlada Srbije odlučila je danas da ispuni zahteve studenta beogradskog Univerziteta koji nekoliko dana protestuju, osim zahteva za zbirni upis godine.
Ministarstvo prosvete, u saopštenju dostavljenom medijima, navodi da će Vlada zajedno sa fakultetima svim samofinasirajućim studentima koji su u protekloj školskoj godini ostvarili 48 i više ESPB poena, a izvan su budžetske kvote jednokratno platiti školarinu za 2009/10 godinu.
Vlada će obezbediti sredstva za finansiranje dodatnog broja studenata master studija, usvojiće kvote za doktorske studije, od grada Beograda će zatražiti informacije o dugovanjima fakulteta za grejanje i pomoći im da reše taj problem, naložiće nadležnim institucijama da reše status studenata osnovih studija na fakultetima primenjenih umetnosti Univerziteta umetnosti u Beogradu.
Takođe, Vlada se obavezuje da prilikom izrade budžeta za narednu godinu maksimalno uvaži zahtev studenata o adekvatnom izdvajanju sredstava za obrazovanje.
Vlada je, kako je saopšteno, prihvatila predlog Ministarstva prosvete da se formira radno telo sastavljeno od predstavnika univerziteta, studenata, Ministarstva prosvete i Nacionalnog saveta za visoko obrazovanje da prati proces reforme obrazovanja i predlaže mere za njegovo unapređenje i obezbeđivanje vrhunskog kvaliteta obrazovanja u Srbiji.
Zahtev studenata o zbirnom upisu godine Vlada ne može prihvatiti jer nisu ispunjeni zakonom propisani uslovi o potrebnih 48 bodova kao uslov za upis akademske 2009/10 godine.
Pregovori studenata i nadležnih institucija počeli su u septembru. Studenti su više puta zbog neispunjenih zahteva organizovali proteste koje su radikalizovali poslednjih dana i blokirali ulice u centru grada.
